UKA Government Framework

Establishing the legal, institutional, and administrative foundation for the United Kingdoms of Africa.

Introduction

The UKA Government Framework outlines constitutional and institutional structures that guide governance, policy-making, and administration across member states โ€” ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with core principles of sovereignty, financial neutrality, and citizen empowerment.

๐Ÿ“Œ Defining the constitutional basis and legal authority for UKA governance.
โš–๏ธ Establishing the separation of powers among the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches.
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Detailing the roles of ministries, agencies, and advisory bodies.
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Ensuring citizen rights, participation, and checks and balances.

Constitutional Basis

The UKA Constitution serves as the supreme law, ratified by all member states. It derives authority from the 1805 Haitian Constitution under Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the 2025 constitutional reforms, and UKA's Laws of Ma'at.

Separation of Powers

Executive

The Monarch serves as Head of State; the Prime Minister leads the Cabinet and executes government policies across all ministries.

โš–๏ธ
Judicial

The Supreme Court, Appellate Courts, and Trial Courts interpret laws and ensure constitutional compliance and individual rights.
